It all started in my home kitchen over 12 years ago. My daughter watned a sppecialty cake for her 12th birthdy and it was her only birthday request. So, I HAD to do it! I searched all the local bakeries and grocery stores and even the big brand stores but no one could make me a teddy bear cake for my dughter's birthday. They either didn't offer it or had nevr heard of such a request. 

I did not give up. I did what I always do when neccessity hits ; I decided to do it myself. I went to my local craft store, bought a cake pan and a Wilton tip set and went to work! The outcome was so amazing that I surprised myself and of course my daughter was so pleased. Everyone who came to celebrate inquired about the cake and it started a trend and here we are!
